Pandora's Box Surveillance and Investigations emerged from the owner's desire to see justice served when Law Enforcement could no longer intervene.  The owner, Lamont Akins, Sr., a retired Viet Nam combat veteran and a retired Hillsborough County deputy Sheriff, saw the need to continue an investigation and offer "hope" to those in a sometimes hopeless situation.

Lamont's investigative skills and knowledge are well known as he has worked undercover operations with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF&E).  Lamont has worked closely with local law enforcement agencies within Hillsborough County as well as counties surrounding Hillsborough.  Lamont specializes in undercover operations and covert surveillance.

Pandora's Box Surveillance and Investigations, with its computer and technical support team will give special attention to infidelity/divorce, workers' compensation fraud, child custody disputes and retail theft.  Lamont has interviewed suspects in all of these types of cases and has experience testifying in criminal and civil litigation cases.
